Today was a success! Here is the break down of what I ate today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with brown sugar(not the best but hey I'm still a girl), and Walnuts.
Lunch: Tuna sandwich made subing mayo for lemon juice and a handful of carrots.
Dinner: Turkey pot pie, and broccoli.
Dessert: Shake from Oasis
Total points for the day:38
Exercise: None : (
Not too shabby for day one! : )
