I LOST 1 MORE POUND!!!!
Up to 3 pounds lost! : ) new weight 233.6

Breakfast: apple sauce
Lunch: some mexican chicken thing (moleso?)
Dinner: Chili : )
Dessert: Banana ice cream (made with only bananas!)
