Day 4

Breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs with diced up tomato.
Lunch: taco salad minus the chips
Dinner: Grilled chicken and pickles
Snack:a small square of 80% chocolate and Pistachios : ) highly recommend stocking up on good nuts great to help push through a craving!

Today I'm doing good and I see why people like this so much. There are a lot of things cut out but to be honest I have substituted or rather upgraded most things... Today I feel like I'm not missing out as much as in the first few days! : )
