The Joys of Being a Girl

What is more fun than whining about life online? nothing i can think of so here goes nothing. lets start with the most important stuff like the fact that it is spring break this week so I am home in the valley for the remainder of the week!  next on the list is friends, 2 of my really good friends got married this week. so now i am the lone wolf of my friends. we were at the second wedding when my friend Brandon came up to me and said "Holli do you know what this means?... Your next," I contemplated the suggestion and then realized it was not a suggestion at all, but rather a foreshadowing of events. you see for the past year and a half i have been watching my friends get married 2 at a time. it was all fun and games till we got the me, the last of the Mohicans. I am the last of my long string of friends to not have a ring of death placed on my finger. i take it as a complement most days as one of the guys i used to crush on put it, I am "too sophisticated and independent to be in any kind of a committed relationship." He didn't know me very well, but i don't think he is completely wrong either. it really just depends on the day. oh the joys of being a girl.  I lied... there is only one person left in our little group of faithful friends left, his name is cody... yes the one with the purple fingernails, however he leaves for his mission in a little less than a month and if by some twisted fate he come home in 2 years and 28 days and manages to find a girl and sweep her off her feet and i'm still here... well lets just say it won't be pretty. but none of this is to say that there aren't any prospects. this droppes us right into our next topic Boys! i have been talking to a new boy for the past 2 weeks, but we are just friends for now so no more details. for all of you who know who he is Roy is compleately out of my system, and like i said before cody is leaving on his mission. it really is amazing how much stuff goes on that i'm sure no one cares about. so i'm done for now!
