Paleo 30 Day Dash
I know that I haven't been posting... and here is why. I am planning on switching from weight watchers to the Paleo Diet. I will start strict paleo on Tuesday. I will weigh myself tuesday, but will not weigh myself again for 30 days. During those 30 days I will cut out all processed foods. I will cut out all legumes. I will cut out all dairy. Most importantly I will cut out all (un-natural) sugar. I will post my meals just like before, and will commit to exercising at least 3 times a week. So stay tuned, this ride is about to get interesting! : )

Thanks... I'm super stoked! but I will probably come to you for some Ideas! : ) I downloaded that cookbook! its amazing! and it has lots of pictures... got to love it!
