Paleo Day 1

Breakfast: two eggs (I was starving long before lunch)
Lunch: Salad from the caf. (did little to kill the hunger)
Dinner: Meatballs, and an hour later steak.

: ) Made a few bad decisions, the first was not eatting a big enough breakfast. second was trying to get full on lettus (won't work!) which led to a binge. but I made it! I have had a steady headach most of the day! Day two will be better!
