Paleo Day 2

Breakfast: 4 eggs
Lunch: tuna and avacados(just diced and sprinkled on top)
Dinner: chicken breast(cooked on the George Forman) and egg salad (made with hardboiled eggs and an avacado and just a touch of mustard, all mashed up) very good! : )

I was compleatly satisfied all day. still have the headach, but I'm told its from the sugar withdrawls! : )
